We’ve configured and implemented an ERP to track assets throughout an in-bounding, work-in-progress, inventorization, remarketing/distribution, and post-sale end-to-end flow through a consumer IT device refurbishing operation (which resembles a manufacturing operational flow).

We are at the next stage of thinking about scalable database design to house all types of operating performance data, stakeholder reporting data, etc. The business plans on significantly ramping up its operations, and needs a database architecture that will support us not only now but well into the future without bringing forward high overheads.

We are also looking at implementing compute and Analysis/BI tools to digest the data that is being collected and present it to various management/stakeholder teams in order to enable them to make better decisions in real time. This will also be within the scope of this project.

The ideal candidate should have experience with relational database architecture for scale-ups, experience with designing and manufacturing logistics operations and experience with BI analytics and management reporting.
